Microstructure and mechanical properties of Titanium alloy after heat treatment

      The structure of TC18 (BT22) Titanium alloy combined with + and Titanium alloy was studied. The alloy with the highest strength under annealing has the advantages of good weldability, forging transparency and hardenability, etc., and good toughness matching, which can be used to manufacture large forgings and die forgings. Titanium alloy can be made into forgings, die forgings and bars, etc. Combined with the microstructure and mechanical properties testing results show that the combined impact of grain growth process of heat preservation time to extend the thermodynamics and dynamics factors, factors influencing the dynamics of gradually reduce the holding time is shorter, set up beta grain size using regression analysis, mechanical properties was established by regression analysis and the quantitaTive relationship between various factors.

      In TC18(BT22) Titanium alloy, zone solid solution and α+β two-phase solid solution aging heat treatment system were adopted. The growth law of grain and its thermodynamic dynamics were analyzed. Solid solution aging temperature and the tissue parameters effect on the properties of TC18(BT22) Titanium alloy, α+β two-phase area after solid solution aging, every organization according to the regression equation and the relationship between parameters and performance prediction, the strength of the alloy are declining, αp volume fraction, αs volume fraction and the increase of the thickness, the rise of plastic, the mechanical properties of TC18(BT22) Titanium alloy at room temperature, αp volume fraction is αs thickness and volume fraction.
